Rodney Frelinghuysen

Rodney Procter Frelinghuysen /ˈfrlɪŋˌhsən/[2] (born April 29, 1946) is an American politician. He was the U.S. Representative for New Jersey's 11th congressional district, serving from 1995 to 2019.

Frelinghuysen has served as Chair of the House Appropriations Committee since 2017. Frelinghuysen announced on January 29, 2018, that he would not seek re-election that year.[3]
