South India

South India is often used to refer to the states and territories in the southern part of the Republic of India. In general, one of the following is meant:
- Andhra Pradesh
- Goa
- Karnataka
- Kerala
- Tamil Nadu
- Lakshadweep, a group of Islands, and union territory
- Puducherry or Pondicherry, anoter union territory made up of city states along the coast.
