Spišský Štvrtok (before 1927: Štvrtok; German: Donnersmark, Hungarian: Csütörtökhely, Polish: Spiski Czwartek) is a village and municipality in Levoča District in the Prešov Region of Slovakia. The village was first mentioned in 1263.
