Take a Pair of Private Eyes

Take a Pair of Private Eyes is a British comedy crime television series. It was shown on BBC 2 for 6 episodes from 10 April to 15 May 1966.[1] It was written by Peter O'Donnell. He was best known as the creator of Modesty Blaise.[2] The title references the Gilbert and Sullivan song Take a Pair of Sparkling Eyes. The show focuses on a a husband and wife who run a private detective agency. They are helped by their father Hector.
