Texas Independent Party
The Independent Party was first formed in 2024 by Robert F Kennedy Jr[1], a successful environmental lawyer and champion of civil rights and liberties, but one also involved in heavily disproved vaccine conspiracy theories[2] as well as theories surrounding the US medical-industrial complex.
The party was established by the independent candidate in order to attempt to seek ballot access in Texas[3], a feat which is yet to be accomplished. The political party is an all-volunteer organisation registered at the Texas Ethics Commission[4].
