The Beatles: Rock Band
The Beatles: Rock Band is a music video game. It was developed by Harmonix Music Systems, published by MTV Games, and distributed by EA Distribution. It is the third game in the Rock Band series. It was released for the PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360 on September 9, 2009. The game centers on the popular English rock group The Beatles.

The game comes with a guitar controller, a drum set, and a microphone. Up to six people can play at a time, playing drums, vocals, bass, and guitar. As with previous games in the series, players get points by hitting the right notes at the right time. Earning points earn the players stars, which show how well the player did on a song. The game has 45 Beatles songs. More songs are available as download content (content that can be downloaded from the internet from the game's publisher).[1]

George Harrison's son, Dhani, was instrumental in bridging discussions between Harmonix and Apple Corps.
Giles Martin served as music producer on The Beatles: Rock Band. He had previously co-produced the Love remix album with his father, George Martin, who produced nearly every album by the Beatles.
