Theodore Schultz
Theodore William Schultz (/ʃʊlts/; 30 April 1902 – 26 February 1998) was an American economist. He was the chairman of the University of Chicago Department of Economics.[1] He won the 1979 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences.
