Vladimir Ivanov (athlete)

Vladimir Vasilev Ivanov (Bulgarian: [Владимир Василев Иванов] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help), 23 April 1955 – 26 November 2020) was a Bulgarian sprinter. He was born in Sofia.[1] He competed in 400 metres at the 1980 European Indoor Championships.[2] At the 1980 Olympics he finished sixth.[3]

Ivanov died from COVID-19-related problems in Sofia, Bulgaria on 26 November 2020, aged 65.[4]
