Wario World
Wario World is a platform/beat 'em up video game published by Nintendo and developed by Treasure. It is Wario's first starring appearance on a home game console. It is a part of the Wario game series. It was only released for the Nintendo GameCube.

It was released on June 20, 2003 in Europe, June 23, 2003 in North America, July 10, 2003 in Australasia, and on May 27, 2004 in Japan.[1] The game is about Wario trying to get back his treasure and his castle from an evil gem called Black Jewel.
Reception
IGN rated the game a 7.1 out of 10, saying it had "some great control mechanics and inventive level work"[3]
GameSpot gave the game a 6.4 out of 10 and said "The game certainly contains a lot of the same Wario charm that makes his GBA appearances so memorable, but the final product is too short and simplistic to hold your attention for more than a day."[4]
