Universal Esperanto Association
Universal Esperanto Association (in Esperanto Universala Esperanto-Asocio, UEA) is the largest organization of Esperanto speakers. Its main office is in Rotterdam, Netherlands and it also has an office at the United Nations building in New York City.
Swiss journalist Hector Hodler with other people founded the Universal Esperanto Association on 28 April in 1908. Today it has around 6,000 individual members and 70 country organizations.
