Yellow tea

Yellow tea can refer to Chinese huángchá (simplified Chinese: 黄茶code: zh is deprecated ; traditional Chinese: 黃茶code: zh is deprecated ) and Korean hwangcha (Hangul: 황차code: ko is deprecated ; Hanja: 黃茶code: ko is deprecated ).^[1]^[2] is an increasingly rare and expensive variety of tea.^[3] The process for making yellow tea is similar to that of green but with an added step of encasing and steaming the tea.
