As seen in January 2022: the tourist information desk on the arrivals level of the Buffalo Niagara International Airport in Cheektowaga, New York, just across from the baggage claim area, is operated by Visit Buffalo Niagara.
As seen in June 2022, the Buffalo Niagara International Airport in Cheektowaga is home to the first (2009) franchise location of the Anchor Bar, whose original on Main Street in the city proper is alleged to be the birthplace of the Buffalo chicken wing.
