Chhotu Ram
Chhotu Ram, or Sir Chotu Ram, born Ram Richpal (24 November 1881 – 9 January 1945) was a politician in British India's Punjab Province. He was a co-founder of National Unionist party that represented the punjab zamindar and farmers.
He was born in Sampla village in Rohtak.
He was also awarded the title of Rao bahadur, which was a title of honour bestowed during British rule in India to individuals for their service to the Empire.
He graduated from St.Stephen's College, New Delhi in the year 1905 in Sanskrit.
