Economic, social and cultural rights are a part of human rights ensured by the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Among the rights are right to education, right to work in good condition and pay, right to do strike action, right to Social Security, right to be health with the best condition, right to an adequate standard of living including water, food, clothing and house.

Those rights are already affremed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights but to ensure legally on global level, those rights are separated from International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, because civil rights are considered to be protected stronglly than "ecomonic, social and cultural rights" just as European Convention on Human Rights. But the Vienna Declaration affirms that all human rights must be protected equally because "all human rights are universal and cannot be divided". Accoding the this Declaration, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities ensures those rights as much as civil rights.
