Ernestine Gilbreth Carey

Ernestine Moller Gilbreth, Mrs. Carey[1] (April 5, 1908 – November 4, 2006) was an American author. She was born in New York City. With her brother, Frank Bunker Gilbreth Jr., they wrote the semi-autobiographical book Cheaper by the Dozen. She also wrote Belles on Their Toes.

Carey died on November 4, 2006 in Fresno, California at the age of 98.[2]
