Greek people
The Greeks or Hellenes (Greek: Έλληνες) are an ethnic group and nation native to regions including Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Egypt, Anatolia, and southern Albania.

Diaspora
The Greeks also form a significant diaspora, with many Greek communities founded around the world. They speak the Greek language and are followers of the Christian Greek Orthodox Church.
