Jeff Zients

Jeffrey Dunston Zients (born November 12, 1966) is an American businessman and politician who is the 31st White House Chief of Staff since 2023. From February 2014 to January 2017, he was the director of the National Economic Council. Zients was also acting director of the Office of Management and Budget in 2010 and 2013.

Zients was a member of Facebook's board of directors from 2018 to 2020.
In December 2020, Joe Biden named Zients as coordinator of the COVID-19 response and counselor to the president in his administration.[1]
In January 2023, it was announced that Zients would replace Ron Klain as White House Chief of Staff in February.[2][3][4]
