U.S. Bancorp (stylized as us bancorp) is an American bank which is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The bank was founded in Delaware.[1] It is the parent company of U.S. Bank National Association. It is the fifth largest bank in the United States.
It has 3,106 locations and 4,842 automated teller machines, mainly in the Western and Midwestern United States.
