Lolo Letalu Matalasi Moliga (August 12, 1947 – March 7, 2026) was an American Samoan politician, educator, businessman, and banker. He was the President of the Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS) from 2009 to 2012.[1][2] Moliga was a candidate for Governor of American Samoa in the 2012 election which he won.[3] He left office in 2021.
Moliga died on March 7, 2026 in Honolulu, Hawaii at the age of 78.[4]
