Luis del Sol
Luis del Sol Cascajares (6 April 1935 – 20 June 2021) was a Spanish footballer and manager. As a footballer, he played as a midfielder for Real Betis, Real Madrid, Juventus, and AS Roma. He was also capped 16 times for Spain, and played for them at the 1962 and 1966 FIFA World Cups, and at the 1964 European Nations' Cup, which Spain won.[1] He was thought to be one of the most important Spanish footballers of the 1960s,[2] and was voted as one of the important players in Juventus' history.[2][3]

After he retired from playing football, he became a manager. He managed Jerez Industrial, Recreativo de Huelva, and Real Betis' main, reserve, and youth teams. He died in Seville on 20 June 2021, at the age of 86.[4]
