Meade, Kansas
Meade is a city in Meade County, Kansas, United States.[6] It is also the county seat of Meade County. In 2010, 1,721 people lived there.[7]

History
Meade was planned out and incorporated in 1885.[8][9] It was named after Gen. George Meade.[10]
Geography
The United States Census Bureau says that the city has a total area of 0.99 square miles (2.56 km2). All of it is land.[1]
Weather
The Köppen Climate Classification system says that Meade has a semi-arid climate, abbreviated "BSk" on climate maps.[11]
