Milan Hlavsa
Milan "Mejla" Hlavsa (March 6, 1951, Prague, Czechoslovakia – January 5, 2001, Prague, Czech Republic) was a Czech musician and singer. He was a founder of and bassist for the Czech underground band The Plastic People of the Universe. In 1999, played in the White House along with Lou Reed.[1]
