Patty Duke
Anna Marie "Patty" Duke (December 14, 1946[1] – March 29, 2016) was an American stage, television and movie actress. She was born in Manhattan, New York City.[1] Duke was married to actor John Astin and had two children; Mackenzie Astin and Sean Astin.

In 1963, at age 16, Duke won the Academy Award for "Best Actress in a Supporting Role" for playing Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker.[2] At the time, she was the youngest person to win the award.[1]
On March 29, 2016, Duke died of sepsis from a ruptured intestine in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She was 69 years old.[3]
