Spearmint

Spearmint is a type of mint. It is also called garden mint, common mint, lamb mint and mackerel mint.[4] It is native to Europe and southern Asia. It is naturalized in northern and southern Africa, North America and South America. It is used as a flavouring in food and herbal teas.[4]
