Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar
Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar (19 October 1910 – 21 August 1995) was an South Asian Physicist. He received the 1983 Nobel Prize in Physics alongside William Alfred Fowler "for his theoretical studies of the physical processes of importance to the structure and evolution of the stars".[1]

He was born in Lahore now Pakistan until 1916, his family came and settled in Allahabad then in 1918, moved to Madras. He died in Chicago.
