Body

This frog can be as big as 35 mm long from nose to rear end. The skin of the frog's back is dark brown with some light brown or white dots on the feet. The belly is whitish in color.[3]

Home

This frog is awake at night. It lives in forests, grassy places, places where animals eat grass and near farms and human homes. People find them near termite hills. It can live in places where human beings live, for example coffee farms. People have found them in toilets. Scientists saw the frog between 0 and 1000 meters above sea level.[1]

Young

This frog has many tadpoles at the same time. The tadpoles swim and grow in pools that dry up for part of the year.[1]

Danger

Scientists from the IUCN say this frog is not in danger of dying out. Human beings do change the places where the frog lives with pollution from chemicals that make plants grow and chemicals that kill pests. Climate change could hurt this frog in the future.[1]
