UEFA Euro 1980

The UEFA Euro 1980 was the 6th UEFA European Football Championship tournament. Its formal name was the 1980 UEFA European Football Championship. It was held from 11 June to 22 June. All the European football teams could compete. The defending champion was Czechoslovakia. The tournament was hosted in Italy. 8 teams qualified for the final group stage. The winner of the tournament was Germany after defeating Belgium.[1]
