José Manuel Ramos-Horta GCL AC (Portuguese pronunciation: [ʒuˈzɛ ˈʁɐ̃muz ˈɔɾtɐ]; born 26 December 1949) is the United Nations' special Representative and Head of the United Nations Integrated Peacebuilding Office in Guinea-Bissau (UNIOGBIS).[1] He was the President of East Timor from 20 May 2007 to 20 May 2012.[2]
