Nexus One
Nexus One is a cell phone from Google that uses the Google Android operating system.[9] It was made for Google by the HTC Corporation.[10]

Technical information
The cell phone has a 1 GHz Qualcomm CPU, along with 512 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM. It has a 5.0 megapixel camera, with Bluetooth and GPS. It runs the Google Android 2.1 OS.[11]
