Guanbi policy
The Guangi Policy was a naval blockade made by the Republic of China in Taiwan against the People's Republic of China. It started in 18 June 1949[1] and ended in 15 January 1992, after the 1992 Consensus.[2] The goal was harm the mainland china economy to win the Chinese Civil War. The policy was no results and the status quo still.
